Our Thai Herbal Ball Massage is a relaxing treatment to unwind and fully energise your body. It is a compress of dried herbs such as ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass, steamed to heat, and then applied to compress different parts of the body. The herbal compress enhances treatment results from both herbal medicine and heat to stimulate blood circulation which relieves muscle inflammation and relieves body aches. The heated herbal compress is applied over most of the body where the herbal ball is pressed over the skin in a rolling fashion applying gentle pressure. It helps to induce a calming and invigorating effect on the mind and body, highly beneficial to alleviate chronic stress and anxiety.
