We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill in your registration form. Whilst we always try to accommodate your treatments in full, we would hate for your treatment to be cut short due to your late arrival. We aim to start your treatment on time, and we must be considerate to the next customer who comes in after you to also start on time. To ensure you arrive on time for your treatments please allow extra time for parking. Bookings may be cancelled where customers do not arrive within the first 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment. Your session time commences from the time you are escorted into the treatment room and allocated time to redress at the end of your session.
Our services are in high demand. We understand that circumstances sometimes arise where you may not be able to keep your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours of notice (72 hours for group bookings). Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 4 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
When making your group booking you will be asked to provide card details to secure your booking, a non-refundable 30% deposit of the total booking is required to be made 72 hours prior to your appointment, If this payment is not made you will be contacted which may result in cancelation of your booking. The remaining amount can be settled on the day of your booking using the payment options descripted below. If there is a cancellation within 24 hours of your booking, you may be charged 50% as per our cancellation policy and 100% if cancelled within 4 hours.
Online bookings are subject to availability and are not secured until confirmed by staff.
We accept cash (no discounts), Eftpos and most credit cards. We do not accept AMEX or personal cheques. A small card processing surcharge is applied upon payment. Payments must be made up front before treatments are provided. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
All prices and services are subject to change at our discretion at any time. We reserve the right to cease any promotion at any time. Whilst all efforts are made to keep pricing information in sync with the Booking System, the prices listed on the Booking System take precedent. Prices listed on the website and any marketing material should be regarded as indicative only.
Please help us to maintain serenity by turning mobile phones on silent or off before entering Reception and to not bring other people with you who are not also receiving service to your appointment.
Our priority is your wellbeing. Please inform your therapist if you have any known medical condition that may affect your treatment. If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to keep our team healthy and to maximise the benefit you will receive for your treatment.
Our caring team is able to adapt most of our treatments to suit pregnant and nursing mums. For your peace of mind, we advise you to check with your doctor if you are in the 1st trimester. If in the first trimester we will not provide treatment unless you provide a doctor’s certificate advising that our treatment is safe for you to receive. Please notify Spa reception at the time of booking if you are pregnant.
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian and treatments performed in the same room. Treatments are subject to suitability and availability. We also require the guardian to counter-sign the registration form. Please discuss options with Spa Reception prior to booking. To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Unaccompanied children under 14 may not be on our premises at any time.
To ensure a seamless experience, please be aware of our personal belongings policy.
Client responsibility: your personal belongings are your own responsibility. This includes valuables like jewellery, electronics, wallets and clothing. You will be asked to change your shoes at reception and to wear day spa provided sandals, and your shoes will be kept in a basket at reception, but to take all other belongings with you into the treatment room. On rainy days, you can leave your umbrella at reception.
Loss or Damage : TT Massage and Day Spa is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items while on our premises. Keep a close watch on your belongings.
Valuables at Home: for a worry-free experience consider leaving valuables at home.
Electronics Caution: Exercise care with electronic devices; we are not responsible for any damage or loss
Please be advised that no outside food or alcoholic beverages may be brought to the Spa. Water and Tea are provided for you to enjoy before and/or after your service(s).
Spa staff are not allowed to lift people onto tables. If such assistance is required, please bring a personal care attendant. TT Massage and Day Spa is handicap-accessible through the main entrance that can accommodate wheelchairs. A Handicap- accessible restrooms is available Please let us know when making your appointment if you require accessibility.
TT Massage and Day Spa does not allow pets of any kind into the building, we do allow trained service animals.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within seven days of your appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behaviour that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere. In this circumstance, refunds will not be given including your right for a refund if treatment is stopped within the first 15 minutes. Please note that any request for inappropriate service will be reported to the Police.
